As we are approaching to the critical date 7 days to run many speculative information are increasing. Let's go through the most credible:
- MacBook Pro: New updates to the MacBook Pro should be made available on June 5th morning; anticipated specs for the complete line-up are: 15" to 17" "greener" display, 2.2 to 2.4GHz, 4mb shared L2 cache, 2GB of 667mhz ram, 120 to 160gb, GeForce 8600M GT 128 to 256mb; prices range from 19990USD for the low-end 15" up to 29990USD for the 17" high end version. It should include Santa Rosa chipset.
- Metal-style iPod: new iPods should come up with aluminium cover, similar to iPod shuffle
- Metal-style iMac: A new revisited iMac should come up at WWDC. It should have a form factor and a look very similar to the current cinema displays, with aluminium cover. It also should have Santa Rosa chipset and have more memomry and disk space for the same price.
- iPhone SDK: As Steve Jobs was stating in a recent interview, Apple should release a iPhone specific SDK that lets developeur recompile "relatively small" Mac applications so that they can install and run on the iPhone, thus opening the architecture to third-party developers .
