Official iPhone UK launch: No 3G!
Sept. 18th, 2007 14:08 by sdeluca — Permalink | TrackBack: http://en.boursomac.com/trackback/766 | Steve Jobs just announced that the iPhone will be available in UK for 250£ (380 €). And O2 will be the supporting carrier. Unlike we sated earlier, the big news is that the version of the iPhone wont be provided with a 3G network support. When asked with the question, Steve Jobs answered that Apple have chosen better battery life rather than higher network speed -- They aim for 8h battery life. The iPhone will be given 8Gb of memory, like the US model. O2 will deliver appropriate data plans from 35 to 55£ per month (50 to 79€). Worth to note is that data transfer is illimited and the voice mail is supported. CommentsBe the first to leave a comment. |
